    Managers can access the administration dashboard, modify the visibility/privacy settings, customise/edit the dashboard, and invite new Managers or Members.

    Members cannot access the administration dashboard but can view “restricted” sections, charts, and indicators of the dashboard.
    Privacy Settings

    Control how you share from the global dashboard level to specific sections and subsections, down to the individual indicator level:

    • Public: for external stakeholders (showcasing)
    • Restricted: for team-members (internal monitoring)

    We support you during the business hours of the week, generally defined as 9:00 - 17:00 CET excluding holidays and weekends. The OpenAIRE team is an international team working in Europe in different time zones. 48 hours max response time for Advanced and Premium packs, 72 hours for Standard.
